Wooden organ…? Serious stuff!

January 28, 2010

In 1971, in the happy little town Bodegraven in the Netherlands, they created this monster. The brand was called Eminent.

Of course, the sound is soooo 70’s. Listen to the little video I just recorded. I play a snippet from the famous (in Holland!) Kabouter Wesley tune. Oldfashioned sound.

What I did to get the phasing sound is lead the organ sounds through an Electro-Harmonix Smallstone phaser. It’s Russian and it eats batteries.
